• Did you know that the more content you provide (blogs, etc), the more your name and material is catalogued  and made available?

• Did you know you can use the RSS Feed tool here to spread the word about you and your books through your blogs?  (Learn about RSS Feeds)
  See the ‘RSS’ add link on the bottom left of your ‘My Page.’ Add your blog links there.

• Did you know that inactivity in providing substantive content lowers your web visibility?

• Did you know that by supporting iFOGO Village, Books For Film, and all our efforts, you are promoting yourself?

• $0.0249 Cents/Day. Did you know that we provide much more in value than the $8.99 per year support? It’s true.

 

NOTE:

In 2012, we must determine the net effect of what we do to help authors promote themselves.  Our hope is that all our current members who are presently not supporting us will do so.

On January 10, iFOGO Village will be a 100% member-supported network.

• Members who have joined since October, are exempted.
• We recognize that our membership numbers will likely plummet. However, we will know whom we are serving and will be inspired to offer even more. 
• Those who are already supporting us through various subscriptions and donations, and are otherwise exempted, need not respond.

 

So, is what we do worth 0.0249 Cents per day to you?

It's so true that offer content on a regular basis is essential to visibility. And, Carolyn, visitors and readers more often than not, don't bother to Share posts, even if they comment. I'm not sure why this is prevalent, it only takes a minute to Share.

And, you are even picked up by the search engines through your comments.

I've been super busy lately, but hope to post more often to this group.

You're absolutely right on, Gene. And one media release can be extended (recycled) to include iFoGO so easily.  And We help everyone when we like and tweet things we find here.  As an example, this had 43 views when I read it but only two had liked it and I didn't see any figures for FB and Twitter likes.  Yep, I'm adding to this.
