- Liz R. Newman holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, and a B.A. in Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism. Liz R. Newman worked as an intern and staff writer at KTVU Broadcasting Station in Oakland, California.
While working as a counselor, Liz divided her time as a staff psychologist at a local elementary school, a community health center, and a crisis center.
Liz is an ongoing contributing writer at Our USA Magazine, which can be found at every Barnes and Noble location and several newsstands and stores across the country.
