Hi, I;m a new member and have to ask you more experienced guys a question that's bugging me.My eBook, normally on sale at Amazon for $4.99, is now available to Prime Members for free. Nobody  informed me of that move. I was contemplating it given the nature of my novel and with V-Day coming up.It would have been nice however to lern about if from Amazon and not other people. Is that how it works? I emailed them No reply so far.

Does anyone know if anyone is working to make it possible for authors to independently make their ebooks available to public libraries with a deal better than libraries are getting from Ovedrive?

"Swamp Mist and Other Short Stories" is a great "take along" book filled with "stories crafted with both an edgy darkness and a sly sense of humor" (Author M. E. Landress).  Covering a wide range of subject matter (mystery, adventure, humor, sci-fi, etc), many of the stories are flash fiction making them great for those few minutes waiting in line at the supermarket or sitting in the doctor's office, while others take several chapters to complete.
