1. We are serious about being a home for "Writers and Readers." We, too, are writers. Feel free to look around, kick the tires and experiment. You won't break anything; its all made of rubber. You are encouraged to jump right in by letting us know who you are.

ALLOWED CONTENT:
In order to comply with Ning's rules, no erotic material can be posted on this site. This would include covers WHICH ARE SEXUALLY EXPLICIT, erotic in nature, contain nudity, and excerpts and blurbs with R ratings. This site must be accessible to all ages. (Think thirteen years and up)

PLEASE BE SELECTIVE WHEN UPLOADING BOOK COVERS. If your book cover or excerpt is questionable, DO NOT POST IT. This does not mean that authors who are published in the erotic genre cannot participate as members. However, it does require discretion when considering what material to use in posts and blogs and which book covers to post. We thank all our members for their cooperation.

IMAGES (Resolution):
   

When uploading book cover images, it is
okay to upload large images to "Photos." Thumbnails are automatically created for those pages where they are required. In groups, discussion groups, and in "comment" blocks, it is often a good idea to use smaller images.

Resolution above 72dpi. is not required for the web. If you have an image of 300dpi, for example, it will not improve the display. The same is true for your individual web site.
   

9. 
WE ARE NOT ALLOWING blogs, forum discussions, book covers, blurbs, excerpts, or comments involving: over-the-top, gratuitous violence, BDSM, or material such as incest, forced sexual bondage, sexual relations with minors, etc. Again, this site is not age-restricted, therefore, every member must give serious consideration to the photos, book covers, blurbs, blog material, comments, excerpts, etc.
   
   

Those of you who start groups will be fully responsible to see that your group complies with the standards set out above.
