My day job is working as a Life Coach. I act as a mentor, manager, and personal trainer. A coach believes in you, helps you set goals for yourself, breaks the goals down into bite-sized pieces, and keeps you moving along the path to your goals. A coach works one-on-one to help you develop new skills and habits, work on communication or relationship issues. Focusing problems such as ADD can be addressed through refocusing and restructuring for optimum results. On a spiritual level, I help you integrate all that you are into all that you want to be.

"To coach comes from the root meaning" to bring a person from where they are to where they want to be."
~David Cottrell

The Process: I work with clients using several methods, in 30-60 minute blocks of time, weekly. The sessions involve e-mail discussions and homework assignments. The work can be in person, but typically is conducted over the telephone. I can be reached at Working Together
When I started writing the first piece of advice I got was 'Don't give up your day job.' Fortunately I love what I do. I am a psychologist in private practice. You can find me on www.thepsychpractice.com. Please ask me any questions regarding my specialties and my work overall.
Gunter, I noticed that your book discusses the "Hawaiian Oceans?" Would that be in reference to the Polynesian Triangle? Just wondering...I feature this in my book, Healing the Grid. Seemed synchronistic.

Hi Shirley, yes it is. Mountains of the Sea is actually the first in a trilogy that consists of a prequel and a sequel and is set in the polynesian triangle. I am currently working on the sequel. Generally I wanted to write a book that was solid historically but couldn't ignore the psychological and spiritual aspect of the pacific cultures and the impact it has in people who come there with an open heart and mind. This is especially true of our relationship with the ocean and how it permeates our consciousness. However I do leave it to the reader to take out of the book what they want.
Low cost, high quality book cover design.

Greetings authors!
I'm Gary Val Tenuta, author of The Ezekiel Code. As an author myself I know the importance of having a compelling, original, attention-grabbing cover for your book. That's why I applied my two decades of professional graphics experience to create the cover of my novel, my short story, and my current novel-in-progress. That's also why other authors come to me to create the covers for their books. Combine the top quality of the work with the fact that the cost is about half the average going rate, it's really an excellent choice.

If you're in the market for a book cover designer please stop by my site to see the pricing structure and several samples of my work. Looking forward to creating your next book cover!

Here's my latest book cover project:

Here's one I did for authors Rai Aren and Tavius E. It's for the sequel to Secret of the Sands, the first book in the "Sands" series.
